VMA Alumnae Association will award two $500 scholarships to students enrolled in a Catholic High School for the 2012-2013 school year.

The scholarships will be awarded to daughter, son, granddaughter, grandson, sister, brother, niece or nephew of an alumna of Villa Maria Academy (fomerly Immaculate Heart of Mary Academy).

The scholarship is a one-time cash award. Students awarded scholarships can re-apply in subsequent years. The scholarship winners will be announced by May 1, 2012. The scholarship will be awarded directly to the school in the student’s name.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Daughter, son, granddaughter, grandson, sister, brother, niece or nephew of an alumna of Villa Maria Academy (previously Immaculate Heart of Mary Academy)

Confirmed acceptance to a Catholic High School as verified by principal

Evidence of volunteerism and leadership in church, school and community Good academic standing in grade school as verified by school teacher or principal

For High School Students during the 2012-2013 Academic Year
